Macbook Pro Retina 15″ mid 2014 with geforce gt 750m. works well as a gaming and desktop computer. I was able to get one for under 300 dollars cdn locally on a buy and sell and would recommend anyone else who has an iphone to do the same.(figured itd be good for a linux computer if need be) (was not the case it seemed to have a battery eating issue on ubuntu)<\/p>\n

after getting a few things like thunderbird , lmms, ableton,blender,virtualbox,qtcreator, xchat aqua it felt just like linux\/windows again with all the stability enhancements that osx provides.<\/p>\n

seems to play alot of 3d stuff very well including counterstrike 2 cs:go on steam. i put mine overtop of a aluminum cooking tray where the backside hung over the side to let the hot air out with the lid closed and a fan blowing air into the tray if needed(during brew compiles)<\/p>\n
